We are happy to announce that our centre is now offering group psychotherapy for English speakers.
Group therapy offers a confidential and supportive space to better understand how you relate to your partners, friends, but also groups and the community you belong to. It provides an opportunity to learn and practice healthier ways of building more satisfying relationships. And it can also help to address feelings of loneliness or slow adaptation to new surroundings and cultural settings.
This group may be helpful if you:
-want to understand the role emotions play in relationships with others
–wish to recognise recurring relationship patterns
– often feel anxious, confused or disconnected from others
– are looking to build more authentic and meaningful relationships
The group is facilitated by two qualified therapists experienced in working in international and multicultural environments.
We plan to open two weekly groups:
– a morning group on Tuesdays 8:00 – 10:00
– an evening group on Wednesdays 18:00 – 20:00
These groups are independent. You can participate in one for a total of 2 hours per week.
We plan to start in March 2026 and conclude in May 2027.
A summer break of 2-3 weeks will be planned at the beginning of the therapy.
Our group therapists are: Anna Kowalska–Żelewska and Robert Sikora
Monthly cost: 680 PLN
Participation in the group is preceded by an individual consultation meeting, during which we discuss expectations, goals, and the principles that support a safe and confidential group process. Consultation meeting is a one-time payment of 200 PLN.
