A graduate of the Faculty of Psychology at SWPS University in Warsaw. She is currently completing her fourth (and final) year of Psychotherapy Training and her second (final) year at the School of Group Psychotherapy at Laboratorium Psychoedukacji — a centre recommended by the Psychotherapy Section of the Polish Psychological Association and accredited by the Polish Psychiatric Association.
She has completed first-level training in Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT), accredited by the Anna Freud Centre in London. She has gained her clinical experience at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw, the Q Zmianom Association, and Laboratorium Psychoedukacji.
Maria is a member of the Polish Psychological Association (including its Psychotherapy Section) and the Polish Association for Psychotherapy Integration, where she also belongs to the Group Psychotherapy Section.
She has completed an EMCC-accredited Coaching Course and has experience working in both the business sector and non-governmental organisations. For several years, she has been involved with the international Effective Altruism movement, which applies scientific research to identify effective ways of helping others. From 2022 to 2024, she co-led the Polish Foundation for Effective Altruism.
Maria provides psychological consultations, individual and group psychotherapy, also in English. She works under regular supervision with a certified supervisor of the Polish Psychological Association.
