A psychologist and psychotherapist in training, currently completing a four-year Postgraduate Psychotherapy Training and a two-year School of Group Psychotherapy at Laboratorium Psychoedukacji in Warsaw. She holds a degree in Psychology from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
Lena provides individual psychotherapy for adults and adolescents aged 13 and above and group psychotherapy within the psychodynamic approach, all also available in English, Ukrainian, and Spanish. She also works at the Mental Health Centre of the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw.
She continuously develops her professional skills by participating in trainings and conferences organised by the Polish Psychological Association, the Scientific Society for Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and the Polish Association for Psychotherapy Integration. Lena works under regular supervision with certified supervisors.
